minty green love...

Good morning all,
Well we sure are speeding through February and before we know it we are saying goodbye to Summer and hello Autumn, bringing some cooler temperatures.
Up here we are experiencing a very late wet season and after complaining so much about the drought, we are now looking toward the skies hoping for a glimpse of blue sky and sunshine...{although the garden has never looked so healthy!}
I've been slowly packing things up and moving them up north to the Sunny Coast house, which is leaving my Brissy home looking rather bare and boring.
So I decided to grab a few things I have left, out of the cupboards and put them on display on the old dresser.

This way I can start cleaning the empty cupboards and have my plates etc accessable.
I love these green plates which have a clam shell type design.

My mint in the garden is going crazy at the moment so I have decided to bring some indoors to add a fresh look and fragrance.

The green glass bottles look beautiful next to the plates...a teeny bit coastal!

I have rediscoverd my green metal canisters. This one says coffee and I have another up the coast which I use for rice. I bought these from a trash and treasure sale years ago.

It's always nice to be able to have one's treasures on display....{ I'm still trying to convince my other half it's not clutter!}

Enjoy a lovely week everyone and I hope you are all staying dry in your part of the world.

Bec x

    1. It sure is, when it's hot we wish for cool and vice versa...think I'll just settle for spring and autumn all year round.
